Job description

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Phone, email, and mail sales prospects with a longer-term buying timeline
  • Inform prospects of news and information about Reynolds Lake Oconee
  • Ascertain the current level of interest of the prospect, and to make a decision on further steps based upon the communications
  • Works with Database Manager to ensure workload requirements and smooth departmental operations
  • Assists with special departmental projects
  • Works with sales and marketing to ensure integrity of system and data

Qualifications/Requirements/Experience/Education:
  • Reynolds Lake Oconee property owner preferred
  • Superior communication / conversation skills
  • Basic computer skills, particularly with Microsoft Office and database/CRM systems
  • Good organizational skills
