Guest Experience Ambassador
Enterprise Center and Stifel Theatre
Enterprise Center and Stifel Theatre are excited about our busy upcoming season! We are looking for passionate, friendly, service-oriented individuals to join our team. Our mission is to enhance the guest experience by creating a positive environment with extraordinary customer interaction and service. Please understand that you are hired to serve guests. There will be nights when your responsibilities prevent you from seeing the events.
Rate of Pay: $16.50/hour
About this role:
The Guest Experience Ambassador delivers exceptional customer service while supporting guests throughout their visit. They communicate clearly, assisting with seat location, ticket scanning, and answering event-related questions. Ambassadors collaborate closely with Safety Ambassadors to ensure venue policies are followed and guest needs are anticipated. They are knowledgeable about the facility layout and help guests easily find their seats while maintaining a positive and welcoming demeanor.
As a Guest Experience Ambassador, you will:
  • Provide world-class hospitality to guests before, during, and after events.
  • Exhibit a friendly, outgoing personality with a desire to serve the company and public.
  • Always display a professional appearance.
  • Be proactive and friendly in greeting and assisting our guests with various inquiries at all points of contact.
  • Scan tickets and direct foot traffic at building entrances.
  • Aid with bag checks at building entrances.
  • Assist guests with seating.
  • Provide directions to guests for all areas of the building.
  • Communicate clearly with others; strong interpersonal skills are essential.
  • Listen and resolve guest concerns; notify supervisors or managers, if needed.
  • Familiarize themselves with building layout, all departments, and guest policies.
  • Respond appropriately to guest illness, injury, and emergencies.
  • Anticipate guest needs and prevent escalation of issues.
  • Utilize training tools and resources to create a championship-level atmosphere for all guests.
Requirements:
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and some holidays.
  • Basic computer skills and access to internet.
  • Reliable transportation.
Work Environment:
  • Must be able to lift 25 lbs.
  • Standing: frequent and prolonged periods of standing and walking while at events.
  • Noise levels in the venue are typically loud and consistent with large scale events. This also includes the presence of lights and potential fog machines.
  • Must be comfortable assisting in wheelchair escorts when needed.
