Guest Arrival Ambassador

As a key member of our team, you'll play a major role in bringing happiness and excitement to people from around the world. If you're dedicated, dependable and driven to deliver exceptional guest service, this is a place for you!

Compensation: $14 per hour

What you get to do:

As a Guest Arrival Ambassador, you'll keep our park running smoothly while delivering great guest service with a positive, enthusiastic spirit. And you'll do this in a lot of different ways, including processing group reservations, ensuring quick queues, handling lost ticket issues, providing guest education, handling global reservations and working the parking lot. You will:

  • Greet and interact with guests
  • Answer questions and resolve guest issues
  • Advise guests on show times and attraction information
  • Facilitate an organized guest traffic flow, including traffic in parking lot
  • Perform crowd control in order to open and close location efficiently
  • Accurately process monetary transactions
  • Handle will call and interaction program requests
  • Adhere to all monetary handling policies and procedures
  • Work as part of a team to increase productivity while providing excellent guest service
  • Practice safe work habits, including the use of personal protective equipment

What it takes to succeed:

  • At least 18 years old
  • Ability to work indoors and outdoors, in a variety of weather conditions
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to push, pull and lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
  • Basic computer skills with Windows/Office
  • Flexibility in working varied shifts
  • Ability to process monetary transactions and accurately use a register
  • Monetary handling experience a plus
  • Comfortable handling large amounts of cash
  • Ability to walk and stand extensively
  • Ability to work well as part of a team
  • Ability to multitask while maintaining a positive attitude and delivering excellent guest service
  • Ability to complete all legal, company and department training requirements
