Job description

We are seeking a hard-working and reliable individual to join our Sanitation team. Must be willing to work split shifts and have a flexible schedule. Must be a self-starter and have the ability to work well with little supervision. Previous sanitation experience as well as mechanical ability desired. Must be able to work additional hours. Responsible for sanitation of all equipment and cleaning of all areas in production and warehouse, equipment includes sweeping, moping, ceilings, walls and floors. Position Responsibilities: • Ensures cleanliness of assigned area of the bakery on daily basis. • Practice and comply with all Company policies and procedures including safety and work rules, etc. • Responsible for personal documentation of all completed tasks. • Perform other duties as directed by Sanitation Manager and customer. Essential Job Function: • All work performed will be done standing or walking for periods of up to 4 hours. • Lifting of boxes, trash bags, equipment, etc. is required with maximum • Must be able to climb and go into confined spaces. • Ability to push and pull carts, trash barrels, vacuum cleaners and mop with • 32 oz. wet mop • Ability to routinely stoop, bend, lift and climb around entire bakery. • Must be flexible to adjust schedule to meet production down time • Must be able to work well with others daily.
