Comptable immobilier - Centre-Ville de Montréal

Notre client, une entreprise spécialisée en immobilier commercial située au centre-ville de Montréal, est à la recherche d’un(e) comptable immobilier afin de se joindre à son équipe.

La personne sélectionnée sera responsable de la comptabilité d’un portefeuille d’immeubles commerciaux et participera activement aux clôtures mensuelles, à la production de rapports financiers ainsi qu’au suivi des opérations comptables liées aux propriétés.

Principales responsabilités
  • Effectuer la comptabilité complète d’un portefeuille d’immeubles commerciaux;
  • Réviser mensuellement les registres de loyers afin d’en assurer l’exactitude;
  • Préparer les conciliations annuelles des frais d’exploitation, des CAM et des taxes immobilières;
  • Préparer les déclarations et documents de conformité requis;
  • Analyser les états financiers et les dossiers de travail liés au portefeuille;
  • Préparer les écritures de journal et participer aux clôtures mensuelles;
  • Gérer et effectuer le suivi des flux de trésorerie;
  • Participer à la préparation des budgets annuels;
  • Collaborer avec les équipes de gestion immobilière et des opérations.
Profil recherché
  • Baccalauréat en comptabilité, en finance ou dans un domaine connexe;
  • Expérience en comptabilité immobilière commerciale requise;
  • Bilinguisme français/anglais, tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit. (Fréquence d’utilisation de l'anglais : quotidien Niveau requis : courant Motif : interaction à l’échelle nationale)

Our client, a commercial real estate company located in downtown Montreal, is looking for a Property Accountant to join its team.
The selected candidate will be responsible for the accounting of a portfolio of commercial properties and will actively participate in month-end closings, financial reporting, and the accounting operations related to the properties.

Main Responsibilities
  • Manage the full-cycle accounting for a portfolio of commercial properties;
  • Prepare month-end closings and journal entries;
  • Perform bank reconciliations and account analyses;
  • Prepare monthly financial statements for the properties;
  • Analyze variances between actual results and budgets;
  • Participate in the preparation of annual budgets and financial forecasts;
  • Monitor rental revenues, accounts receivable, and accounts payable;
  • Prepare operating cost and property tax reconciliations;
  • Collaborate with property management, leasing, and operations teams;
  • Prepare documentation required for year-end audits;
  • Participate in the improvement of accounting processes and internal controls.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field;
  • Previous experience in commercial real estate accounting is required;
  • Billingualism : French and English
