We're looking for a motivated, people-focused Commercial/ HOA Account Manager to help expand our commercial business and strengthen customer relationships in the field.

What You'll Do

  • Prospect and develop new commercial business and community associations through in-person visits and networking
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to grow accounts
  • Partner with referral sources such as property managers, real estate agents, and builders
  • Evaluate customer needs, including conducting property inspections when needed
  • Present customized pest control solutions and clearly communicate service value
  • Prepare proposals, negotiate agreements, and close sales
  • Consistently meet or exceed sales goals (3โ€“4 proposals per day on average)
  • Follow up after service to ensure satisfaction, retention, and long-term growth
