Company Overview:

Cleveland University-Kansas City is a leading institution dedicated to providing high-quality chiropractic education and patient care. We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our Chiropractic Health Center team as a Patient Recruitment and Promotions Events Coordinator. This role will play a vital part in patient recruitment, promoting community outreach events and guiding chiropractic interns in learning effective patient recruitment strategies to grow their patient base.

Position Overview:

The Patient Recruitment and Promotions Events Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing community outreach events aimed at increasing the Chiropractic Health Center patient base as well as teaching and mentoring chiropractic interns in patient recruitment/patient base expansion methods. This individual will manage budgeting, scheduling, and execution of various patient recruitment events. The successful candidate must exhibit energy, enthusiasm, and a strong desire to excel in this role. A method of reliable transportation is required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute community outreach events that focus on patient recruitment while at the same time, teaching effective patient recruitment techniques and patient base growth strategies to chiropractic interns.
  • Maintain a marketing plan, monthly calendar, sign up lists and training sessions for the recruitment events
  • Work with the Director of Clinical Education for digital content creation for web, reviews and social media patient recruitment campaigns.
  • Engage with potential leads via traditional follow up methods, social media or web platforms to establish lead to new patient conversion.
  • Handle budgeting and financial aspects of patient recruitment events, ensuring cost-effective strategies and adherence to allocated budgets.
  • Organize and lead educational events to train chiropractic interns on patient recruitment, communication, and self-marketing skills
  • Creation and maintenance of detailed event schedules, coordinating with various teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth operation.
  • Collaborate with the clinical administration team to coach and mentor chiropractic interns in their patient recruitment efforts and patient outreach goals including learning sessions, event-specific coaching and lead conversion in the public setting.
  • Establish and maintain positive relationships with community partners and potential collaborators to enhance the health center's outreach efforts.
  • Work with the Health Center team to collect, analyze, and report data related to patient recruitment events and outreach efforts, helping to identify areas for improvement and growth.
  • Support the health center clinic office with administrative tasks such as appointment scheduling, data entry, and record management.
  • Microsoft Office Proficiency: Utilize Microsoft Office suite for various tasks, including creating presentations, managing spreadsheets, and generating reports.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Previous experience in event planning, patient recruitment, marketing, or community outreach is required.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks with attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently, taking initiative in problem-solving and decision-making.
