Familiarity with digital marketing tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms like Google Analytics is typically required. One common challenge is aligning different teams' priorities and timelines, which can lead to unexpected delays or miscommunications. Effective Promotion Managers use strong project management and interpersonal skills to keep everyone informed, resolve conflicts quickly, and ensure campaign objectives are met. Developing clear communication channels and regular check-ins can help mitigate these challenges and foster a collaborative environment.
