We are looking for an Executive Assistant to support senior leadership within a fast-paced printing and publishing environment in Salt Lake City, Utah. This contract opportunity is ideal for someone who excels at managing schedules, coordinating travel, and keeping executive priorities organized. The role requires strong attention to detail, sound judgment, and the ability to handle multiple requests with efficiency.
Responsibilities:
• Manage complex executive calendars, prioritize appointments, and help ensure leaders stay aligned with shifting business needs.
• Arrange domestic and/or international travel, including flights, lodging, ground transportation, and itinerary details.
• Coordinate travel logistics and resolve scheduling conflicts or last-minute changes with minimal disruption.
• Organize executive meetings by preparing schedules, confirming attendance, and ensuring logistics are in place.
• Support day-to-day administrative needs for leadership while maintaining accuracy, discretion, and responsiveness.
• Track important deadlines, follow up on action items, and help keep executive commitments moving forward.
• Communicate with internal teams and external contacts in a clear and detail-focused manner.

• Proven experience supporting executives or senior leadership in an administrative capacity.

• Strong background in calendar management within a dynamic, deadline-driven setting.
