Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Program/Project Manager III to lead medium to large-scale cross-functional technology programs and projects. This role is responsible for planning, executing, and delivering complex initiatives while ensuring alignment with business objectives, project governance, budget, timelines, and stakeholder expectations. The ideal candidate will have strong experience managing enterprise technology programs using both Agile and traditional project management methodologies.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of medium to large-scale technology projects and enterprise programs.
• Analyze project proposals to determine scope, timelines, resource requirements, funding, and delivery approach.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, schedules, milestones, and deliverables.
• Establish project work plans, staffing requirements, and resource allocation strategies.
• Lead cross-functional teams to successfully deliver project objectives within scope, schedule, and budget.
• Develop and execute project communication plans for stakeholders and leadership.
• Identify project risks, conduct risk assessments, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Monitor project progress, quality, budget, and resource utilization throughout the project lifecycle.
• Prepare and present project status reports, dashboards, and executive updates.
• Ensure project deliverables align with business goals and organizational standards.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of IT project or program management experience.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a project coordination or project management role.
• Minimum 3 years of experience working directly with business stakeholders or business-facing technology teams.
• Experience managing projects involving one or more technology or functional domains.
• Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and hybrid project management methodologies.
• Experience using project management tools and resource management practices.
• Strong understanding of change management principles and project governance.
• Experience managing cross-functional and geographically distributed teams.
• Strong experience with project planning, budgeting, scheduling, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications
