Job description

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead complex enterprise-level IT initiatives and digital transformation projects. This role will collaborate closely with senior leadership, stakeholders, technical teams, and business units to ensure successful project delivery while maintaining strong communication, accountability, and strategic alignment.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing large-scale software and cloud migration projects, particularly involving data warehouse modernization and enterprise system transformation initiatives.

Required Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience managing complex IT projects or portfolios involving multiple stakeholders and business units
  • Strong experience leading cloud migration and enterprise modernization initiatives
  • Experience managing data warehouse migration projects and large-scale system implementations
  • Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodologies and project delivery frameworks
  • Experience working within Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid project methodologies
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to non-technical stakeholders
  • Strong organizational, communication, leadership, and presentation skills
  • Experience coordinating highly technical projects involving cross-functional teams
  • Experience supporting and mentoring project teams to drive successful project outcomes

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience managing projects within Azure DevOps
  • PMP Certification
  • Experience leading end-to-end migration of on-premise data warehouse environments to cloud platforms
  • Experience with Oracle, PL/SQL, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), BigQuery, Dataflow, and DataStream
  • Previous experience working on large government or public sector IT projects
