**Qualifications Needed:**
- Bachelor's degree is preferred; however, those with technician experience in the HVAC field or sheet metal are encouraged to apply.
- Experience in selling mechanical airflow or similar building material products is preferred.
- Proven track record in crafting successful sales plans is a plus.
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
