IDEALFORCE has a CONTRACT position available immediately for an ACA Project Manager to join our customer in Phoenix Arizona. This is an ONSITE position. Client is considering only LOCAL CANDIDATES for this position. 

Job Description

The purpose of this contractor PM is to define, plan and manage projects critical to the success of the DBME and DTS.

This resource will be required to oversee and manage ACA project and associated activities which also includes close coordination with DBME, DTS, AHCCCS, and the vendor SiS.

The contractor PM will apply and follow project management principles 75 and best practices as defined by the DES, including preparing estimating resourcing and equipment needs, establishing project plans and schedules, monitoring and tracking of projects, and taking timely action to achieve deadlines.

The contractor PM will also provide status reports as it relates to all activity performed and be required to provide information that may be included in both oral and written presentations.

This contract or PM will report directly to the DTS Project Portfolio Manager underneath the PMO.

The project is estimated to last up to 24 months.

Create, maintain, update project documentation/deliverables assigned by lead project manager, such as communication plan, RACI, test plans, budget, risk registers, lessons learned, etc.

Knowledge of SDM methodologies with experience in architecture and technical designs specifications of solutions.


Additional Requirements:


Intermediate experience with .Net programming languages/development tools

Intermediate experience with SQL Database Systems/Database Tools

Expert experience with Project Management Frameworks/SDLS/Methodologies (5 years)

Expert experience with SDLC, ITIL, and IT testing & QA processes (3 years)
