Job description

KOMAN Construction is hiring for an On-Site Project Data Analyst. This role is responsible for tracking customer contracts, change orders, and monies, ensuring that changes are made in Govt software, in addition to maintaining, tracking, analyzing project schedules, progress measurement, cost estimates and variances.
Essential Functions:
Track customer contracts and any change orders
Track subcontracts and any related change orders, ensuring that they are aligned with the project
Ensure all contracts and change orders have been executed by the Project Manager or General Manager
Review billings for accuracy and ensure all signatures are present.
Submit billing to customer.
Log billings in log to track outstanding invoices.
Collect all vendor invoices from Project Managers on a weekly basis.
Ensure all vendors invoices are received at project site and home office.
Upload invoices on Egnyte and enter invoice log.
Identify invoices overdue
Enter invoices for payment
Reconcile vendor statements.
Gather and enter weekly timesheets into Jamis
Maintain files with all project documentation.
Upon project completion, archive all project documentation.
Assist PM with quarter work orders
Enter work orders in GOVT system
Provide contract mandatory reports to client as required
Prepare Daily Report/Enter all the information for each work plan in the database (Microsoft Access) to generate the daily report
Gather/submit required information for new hires
Prepare NDA forms for new hires and submit for signature.
Request and prepare badges for new employees
Prepare task order with information & photos after each task is complete and send them to client for signature.
Prepare folders for estimates and photos for each work plan in Egnyte.
Track/update employee roster
Track and keep a list of fence breaches
Track work orders, uploads photos, invoices, task receipts, daily reports, Govt inspection reports, and signed WARs in ILSS.
Track/submit billing each month and QC with PM before submitting for COR approval.
Prepare list of tasks and send to CBP Exec Asst to obtain environmental/real estate clearance
Enter all information on approved task orders in ILSS to create work plans
Review Tracker & Schedule to check numbers are correct and match with ILSS.

Education/Certifications:
Bachelors Degree in related business field, or equivalent experience preferred.

Required Qualifications:
2 years experience in a similar role as Project Analyst is a must or equivalent experience
Advanced Power Point and Word
Advanced Excel Skills
Strong interpersonal communication skills.
Strong computer skills including scheduling software and Microsoft Office products.
Microsoft Access experience is a plus
(Maximo or IlSS) experience is a plus.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently exposed to outside weather conditions and occasionally exposed to moving mechanical parts and high, precarious places. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
Typical hours are Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM, however hours can fluctuate depending on project needs to include evenings, nights, and weekends.
Local travel to construction worksites may be required.
