About the company

A mission-driven CPA firm dedicated to creating financial freedom for entrepreneurs through advanced tax planning. The team is built of high performers — former college athletes, musicians, moms, and Big 4 alumni — and is disciplined, competitive, and unapologetically focused on results.

Key performance objectives

Learn advanced tax advisory (first 90 days): Transition from a compliance-focused role to a strategic advisor. Take ownership of a portfolio of 5-7 high-value clients, participate in strategy meetings, and independently develop tax projection models identifying a minimum of $250,000 in potential annual savings per client, with a 90%+ client satisfaction score.

Drive measurable client tax savings (by month 6): Lead implementation of foundational and advanced tax reduction strategies, resulting in documented average client tax savings of 15-20% versus prior tax position, while collaborating with the compliance team to ensure elections are filed correctly and clients remain compliant.

Develop & coach team members (first year): Dedicate ~10% of time to coaching junior staff on client engagements and technical tax strategies. Lead at least two internal training sessions on a specialized tax topic.
