Job description

Project Planning Coordinator / Analyst

Opportunity to manage & support capital improvement projects currently in the planning & execution phase for a global, industry-leader. This role combines aspects of project management, data analysis, scheduling, research, inventory management, customer relations, problem-solving, and process improvement.


  • 18-month contract (potential for extension or conversion to perm)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Collect & gather info from field store partners to initiate project creation
  • Audit project readiness
  • Act as a liaison between field teams & cross-functional partners to ensure milestones are met
  • Place orders for labor, outbound shipments, & direct-to-store deliveries
  • Assisting field partners with scheduling and addressing one-off issues
  • Manage post-reset implementations and ensure successful execution


REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 2+ years of experience as a Project Analyst, Project Coordinator, or PM
  • Retail, Construction, or Capital Improvement project experience
  • Experience managing full lifecycle projects, including project scope
  • Intermediate Excel skills (VLOOKUPS, SUMIFs, Pivot tables, IF/THEN, Macros)
  • Cross-functional coordination & vendor management experience
  • Detail-oriented
  • Excellent communication skills
