Job description

Barco is looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused professional to join our Control Rooms organization in the United States. This unique role offers a progressive career path, starting with responsibility for managing customer implementation projects and evolving into a Customer Success Management position.

In the initial phase, you will lead the successful delivery of customer projects. As you gain experience with our customers, solutions, and business environment, your focus will gradually shift toward customer adoption, value realization, relationship management, retention, and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end execution of customer projects within the Control Rooms business.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers throughout project implementation.
  • Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, risk registers, and communication plans.
  • Coordinate activities between customers, sales teams, service teams, engineering, product management, and external partners.
  • Monitor project progress and proactively manage risks, issues, and dependencies.
  • Ensure customer acceptance, project closure, and a successful handover to the service organization.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management processes and best practices.
  • Build trusted advisor relationships with strategic customers.
  • Support customer onboarding, adoption, and long-term utilization of Barco solutions.
  • Develop customer success plans aligned with customer business objectives.
  • Monitor customer health and identify opportunities to maximize customer value realization.
  • Lead periodic business reviews with key customer stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Account Management teams to identify expansion, upgrade, and renewal opportunities.
  • Act as the voice of the customer internally and provide feedback to product and service teams.
  • Drive customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention.

Your Profile

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in project management and/or customer success management.
  • Strong technical affinity, preferably within software, audiovisual (AV), visualization, networking, or related technology environments.
  • Demonstrated experience managing complex customer projects and stakeholder landscapes.
  • Strong customer focus with a passion for delivering an excellent customer experience.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong problem-solving, planning, organizational, and administrative skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Experience with CRM and project management tools such as Salesforce, Microsoft Project, Jira, or similar platforms is considered a plus.
