Key Responsibilities
Project & Program Management
  • Define clear project and program objectives, including scope, outcomes, milestones, and success criteria.
  • Drive completion of preliminary activities such as feasibility/viability studies to ensure strong execution in later phases.
  • Ensure all assigned projects are delivered in alignment with product/process specifications, budget targets, resource plans, and timelines.

Execution & Performance Management
  • Monitor and control project cost, schedule, and resource utilization to meet predetermined goals.
  • Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to maintain project momentum and ensure timely completion.
  • Optimize material and financial resource utilization to maximize efficiency and ROI.

Documentation & Compliance
  • Ensure all phases of project, program, and process development are properly documented.
  • Facilitate cross-functional communication by reporting, disseminating, and transferring critical information as needed.
  • Maintain compliance with company policies on engineering documentation, lab notebooks, intellectual property, confidentiality, and safety standards.

Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Work effectively with cross-functional teams to enhance productivity and drive program success.
  • Align stakeholders across engineering, operations, supply chain, and service teams to meet project objectives.

Inventory & Service Parts Planning
  • Drive service parts availability to support installed base performance and customer uptime requirements.
  • Balance inventory levels to meet service-level targets while minimizing excess, aging, and obsolescence.
  • Collaborate with supply chain and service teams to ensure efficient planning, forecasting, and replenishment strategies.

Functional Knowledge
  • Demonstrates conceptual and practical expertise in own discipline and basic knowledge of related disciplines

Business Expertise
  • Has knowledge of best practices and how own area integrates with others; is aware of the competition and the factors that differentiate them in the market

The salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and with consideration of internal equity of our current team members. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus and a stock award program, as applicable.
For all sales roles, the posted salary range is the Target Total Cash (TTC) range for the role, which is the sum of base salary and target bonus amount at 100% goal achievement.
