JTC is seeking a Asbestos Project Monitor/Asbestos Inspector that is certified in Massachusetts (or can become certified) with our Building Sciences Group to provide project monitoring and perform inspections for Asbestos, Lead and Demolition of Building Sciences projects.
This position can be based out of any of our offices in Massachusetts or New Hampshire.
What you will do
  • Lead complex hazardous building materials surveys covering asbestos, lead, PCBs, universal waste, and indoor air quality investigations.
  • Serve as on-site Project Monitor for abatement oversight, compliance verification, and air monitoring activities.
  • Conduct comprehensive indoor air quality and industrial hygiene assessments, including LEED IAQ evaluations.
  • Perform moisture intrusion and microbial investigations to identify environmental and health risks.
  • Collaborate directly with clients, contractors, and regulatory agencies to ensure smooth project execution and compliance.
  • Deliver accurate field assessments, technical reporting, and regulatory documentation across multiple environmental disciplines.
  • Utilize MA Asbestos Project Monitor and/or Asbestos Inspector certifications to support compliant environmental remediation projects.
