Overview Location: Janesville, WI Projects: Hospital, Public works, heavy industrial, private commercial Headcount: 20 people Self perform: Carpentry, all other work is CM Backlog: $50M in current work, $150M in active bid stage Description Lead and coordinate all phases of construction projects from planning through completion Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery Serve as the primary liaison between clients, subcontractors, and internal teams Oversee quality control and compliance with safety standards Prepare and present project reports and updates to stakeholders Identify and mitigate risks and resolve issues promptly Profile Minimum of three years as a Project Manager, Assistant Project Manager, or Project Engineer in commercial construction Bachelors in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or Architecture strongly preferred Exceptional leadership abilities, inspiring and motivating project teams to achieve outstanding results.
