Job Summary:

Responsibilities:
• Lead end-to-end project delivery for complex, enterprise-level initiatives, including IT and system implementations, ERP enhancements (e.g., Microsoft D365), close process improvements, FP&A tooling, audit readiness, and process transformation
• Define project strategies, objectives, scope, milestones, execution roadmaps, and resource plans; manage dependencies and risks across multiple workstreams simultaneously
• Act as a strategic partner to business leaders, influencing decision-making and aligning project outcomes with business objectives
• Build and maintain strong relationships with business leaders, functional partners, IT, and vendors to align priorities and drive accountability
• Assist with managing project intake and prioritization processes, project budget management, resource optimization, and return/value assessments
• Identify and mitigate project risks proactively to ensure successful delivery on time and within scope
• Develop and communicate project status reporting, executive dashboards, and steering committee materials with clarity and precision
• Facilitate workshops, working sessions, and decision-making forums; ensure outcomes are documented and actions tracked to completion
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, security, and governance requirements
• Drive process improvements and best practices in project management methodologies; proactively identify process gaps and recommend improvements
• Track project metrics and KPIs to measure performance, conduct project evaluations, and assess results to identify areas for improvement
• Mentor, coach, motivate, and supervise junior project managers, project team members, and contractors, fostering a high-performance culture and accountability for assigned work
• Help build a scalable project management function that supports the broader enterprise

Qualifications:
Required:
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, Finance, or related field
• 7–10+ years of project management experience, with a proven track record of leading complex, multi-stakeholder programs from initiation through delivery, on time and within scope
• Familiarity with finance processes including financial close, budgeting and forecasting, and internal controls
• Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to tailor messaging to executives, technical teams, and operational partners
• Expertise in Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and hybrid methodologies
• Proficiency in project management and portfolio management tools (e.g., Jira, Smartsheet, Asana, MS DevOps, MS Project, or similar)
• Ability to manage strategic initiatives and influence organizational change
• Proven experience in change management
Preferred:
• PMP, PMI-ACP, PgMP, or equivalent certification
• Experience on ERP implementations or finance systems projects (e.g., Microsoft D365 preferred)
• Project management experience supporting finance, IT, or other corporate functions
• Experience leading change management workstreams alongside technical delivery
