Position Summary
The Senior Project Manager leads the planning, execution, and successful delivery of projects ranging from moderate to highly complex initiatives across Eskenazi Health. This role oversees project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, resources, and stakeholder communication while promoting project management best practices and organizational consistency.
The Senior Project Manager serves as a trusted advisor and collaborator, helping teams align priorities, navigate challenges, and achieve strategic objectives. The ideal candidate combines strong leadership skills, business acumen, and project management expertise to drive successful outcomes.

Job Requirements
โ€ข Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or a related field, or the equivalent in other experience and/or certification
โ€ข PMI or similar certification, Scrum Master Certification; degree in project management, or business with a concentration in project management may be accepted in lieu of certification, management experience will also meet the requirement. Obtaining the PMP certification is something we would like for the person to obtain once hired.
โ€ข Proficiency with stakeholder management, service improvement, and requirements engineering/analysis best practices
โ€ข Experience using common project and portfolio management platforms such as Microsoft Project, Jira, Primavera, ServiceNow, etc.
โ€ข Familiarity with service management processes relevant to project management: Release Management, Change Management, Transition Planning and Support, Continual Service Improvement, etc.
โ€ข At least 3 years of experience managing complex projects
โ€ข Experience managing software deployment/upgrade projects (define, design, develop, deploy and support)
