Job Description

Our client provides property damage emergency services, restoration, and reconstruction services for residential and commercial properties due to water, fire, mold, storm and other disasters. They are part of a global leading organization in the rapidly growing restoration sector. The Restoration Sales Consultant must possess strong interpersonal skills and be comfortable entering highly charged and stressful situations. The Restoration Sales Consultant needs to possess the ability to turn an emotionally distraught customer into a satisfied one and leave the customer with a positive lasting impression. The Restoration Sales Consultant primary responsibilities are to be professional, compassionate, courteous, positive and informative. The Restoration Sales Consultant will be compensated based on their ability to successfully close sales.

Responsibilities:

  • Generate revenue opportunities by directly consulting with property owners impacted by
    fire, water damage or other large-scale emergency events
  • Cooperate with public emergency response agencies and private entities to enable
    effective implementation of recovery initiatives
  • Takes responsibility for personal growth and company growth
  • Create and retain customer loyalty and preference by establishing a positive and trusting
    relationship with the customer
  • Participates in restoration related community awareness events and programs
  • Respond to or dispatch other Emergency Response Personnel in order to market PDR in an
    attempt to secure emergency work or any further PDR related business interests
