About the Role

As a Senior Project Manager, you will lead both project execution and program-level coordination across multiple client initiatives. You will serve as a trusted partner to clients, ensuring alignment, visibility, and successful delivery across all workstreams.


This role requires strong leadership, organization, and the ability to manage complexity while maintaining a calm, solutions-oriented approach.


Position Goals -

  • Deliver projects on time, within scope, and within budget
  • Maintain visibility, structure, and accountability across workstreams

Responsibilities -


Client & Project Leadership

  • Serve as primary point of contact for client engagements
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through clear, proactive communication
  • Lead planning meetings and coordinate across stakeholders
  • Develop and execute project plans, timelines, and budgets

Program Management & Oversight

  • Lead and manage multiple projects as part of larger client programs
  • Manage program budgets and ensure alignment with financial targets
  • Track dependencies, risks, and milestones across projects
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver large-scale initiatives
  • Conduct program evaluations and post-project reviews to identify improvements

Execution & Operations

  • Oversee project workflows, timelines, and deliverables
  • Ensure data accuracy across systems and reporting tools
  • Proactively identify and resolve project risks and issues
  • Manage vendors and contractors to ensure performance and compliance
  • Prepare status reports, track financials, and support invoice processing

Process Improvement & Team Development

  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency
  • Mentor and coach junior project managers and coordinators
  • Promote best practices, consistency, and operational excellence

Compliance & Standards

  • Ensure adherence to client policies and Visions Management standards
  • Maintain all project documentation and reporting for due diligence

Requirements -

  • Three years of relocation, construction, or facilities project management experience
  • Two years' experience working with vendors
  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office
  • Two years as a lead, supervisor, or manager
