Landscape Project Management Intern

We are seeking a motivated and hardworking Landscape Project Management Intern to join our team and gain hands-on experience in landscape construction, maintenance operations, and project management. This internship is ideal for someone interested in landscaping, construction management, horticulture, or outdoor operations who wants to learn how large-scale residential and commercial landscape projects are managed from start to finish.

As a Landscape Project Management Intern, you will work closely with our production and leadership teams to support daily operations, assist with project coordination, and help ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and with exceptional quality.

What Youll Learn & Assist With

Project Coordination

  • Assist project managers with organizing and coordinating residential and commercial landscape projects
  • Help track project timelines, labor hours, materials, and daily progress
  • Observe and support project planning to improve efficiency and workflow
  • Assist with scheduling materials, equipment, and subcontractors
  • Help maintain project schedules, dashboards, and job documentation

Team & Field Support

  • Work alongside landscape crews and leadership teams in the field
  • Learn proper landscaping, hardscaping, and maintenance procedures
  • Support daily crew communication regarding schedules and job goals
  • Assist with morning and evening equipment load-outs
  • Help ensure trucks, trailers, tools, and equipment are clean and organized

Client & Operational Experience

  • Observe client communication and customer service best practices
  • Learn how project managers coordinate with sales teams, designers, and subcontractors
  • Gain exposure to estimating, production goals, and operational efficiency
