Their responsibilities often include risk assessment, stakeholder communication, and providing training or support for successful adoption of new solutions. Job description

Revive ERP is expanding our implementation team and looking for an experienced Implementation Specialist II ready to take ownership of complex, high-impact ERP deployments. As one of the fastest-growing Acumatica ERP resellers in North America, we partner with engineering and construction clients across the continent to transform how they operate and we need someone who can lead that transformation at the highest level.

What Makes a Great Fit Here?

The ideal candidate has been on both sides of the table - as a customer and as a vendor. You've managed the books, led a finance team, or steered an organization through a major system overhaul and now you're ready to bring that expertise to clients navigating the same journey. A background as a Controller, CFO, or senior operations leader isn't just a nice-to-have here; it's what sets our best implementers apart. If you’re comfortable and experienced with Enterprise level organizations that include multiple general ledgers, etc. this position is for you. (If you’re not familiar with Enterprise level ERP implementations, then check out our other posting.)

Compensation & Benefits

  • 85% of health insurance premiums covered by the company
  • Dental, vision, and supplemental benefits including pet insurance and legal services
  • 401(k) with company contributions and profit-sharing
  • 12 paid holidays, PTO, sick days, and paid philanthropy time

What You'll Do

  • Lead complex Acumatica ERP implementations from kickoff through discovery, design, configuration, testing, training, cutover, go-live, and post-go-live stabilization
  • Facilitate executive and operational discovery sessions to understand client goals, current processes, pain points, and future-state needs
  • Conduct fit-gap analysis and translate business requirements into practical Acumatica configurations, process designs, and solution recommendations
  • Configure and support Acumatica across core ERP areas including financial management, project accounting, job costing, AP/AR, cash management, reporting, and construction workflows
  • Define and coordinate data migration strategies, including mapping, validation, cleansing, import testing, and client sign-off
  • Collaborate with developers, integration partners, and client technical teams on API needs, custom reports, and integration requirements
  • Lead testing strategy and execution, including system integration testing, UAT, issue tracking, and go-live readiness assessments
  • Develop and deliver role-based training for executives, finance teams, project managers, and operations users
  • Manage implementation risks, scope changes, escalations, and client communications with a proactive, consultative approach
  • Serve as a trusted advisor, recommending best practices, process improvements, and system optimizations that maximize client value
  • Mentor Implementation Specialists and contribute to the continuous improvement of Revive ERP's implementation methodology

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field or equivalent experience
  • Background in accounting, finance, or operations; previous experience as a Controller, CFO, Accounting Manager, or ERP Consultant is highly desirable
  • 7+ years of ERP implementation experience, with a track record of leading complex, multi-stakeholder deployments; Acumatica experience strongly preferred
  • Strong understanding of accounting and business processes including general ledger, AP/AR, cash management, financial reporting, project accounting, and job costing
  • Experience with project-based, construction, engineering, or professional services organizations is a strong plus
  • Solid understanding of technical concepts such as databases, APIs, data migration, integrations, and system configuration
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; comfortable presenting to executives and translating technical concepts for non-technical audiences
  • Consultative mindset with strong client relationship and expectation management skills
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple client deliverables and deadlines simultaneously
Employment Type: FULL_TIME
