As the Project Manager, you will lead clients through their transition process, from the initial consultation to project completion. You will facilitate the first meeting with clients, prepare project proposals, manage the Team Specialist, and ensure smooth communication with the office administrator and owner. The Project Manager plays a key part in securing clients and ensuring every project is completed with excellence, empathy, and respect in supporting them throughout their experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the initial client consultation to assess needs, gather requirements, and outline project scope.
  • Prepare detailed project proposals, including timelines, deliverables, and resource needs.
  • Serve as the primary client contact, ensuring consistent communication and support throughout their transition.
  • Manage and direct the Team Specialist, assigning tasks, monitoring progress, and ensuring quality execution.
  • Coordinate with the office administrator and management to align project activities, share updates, and resolve issues.
