POSITION SUMMARY:
The role of the Project Manager II is to plan, execute and finalize projects with an emphasis on meeting project deliverables and deadlines. This includes identification of resources and coordinating the efforts of team members and third party contractors or consultants in order to meet the defined plan. This position requires strong self-motivation, excellent communication, robust problem solving skills, and the ability to collaborate with and motivate others. A Project Manager II is available to mentor and support Project Manager I and is able to take on complex projects.
REQUIREMENTS:
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 5 years of Information Services- Analyst experience OR 5 years of Project Management experience

Proficiency with project management tools and methodologies, the ability to work independently, possess outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, the ability to be well organized and work in a fast paced environment while keeping track of multiple tasks and projects is required.
PREFERRED:
  • PMP certification strongly preferred
  • Healthcare IT/PM experience strongly preferred
