Position Overview

The Project Manager II will support Corporate Functions Technology, including applications supporting areas such as Risk, HR/Workforce, and Fraud.

This is a technology-focused Project Management role, not a business-side PM position. The Project Manager will work closely with Agile delivery teams and technical stakeholders to manage multiple technology projects and releases.

The selected candidate may manage approximately 2–7 projects, depending on project scope and team structure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with Agile crews to support successful delivery of project releases.
  • Coordinate project releases with defined business value and outcome strategies.
  • Execute against established project plans.
  • Manage project risks, issues, dependencies, milestones, releases, and tasks.
  • Maintain project information and status reports within Clarizen.
  • Develop relationships with execution teams and project stakeholders.
  • Ensure projects follow appropriate change governance processes.
  • Coordinate and complete required project delivery artifacts.
  • Partner with Quality Engineering teams on testing activities and best practices.
  • Work with technology teams to validate execution strategies and delivery plans.
  • Communicate testing plans, timelines, and quality-control activities.
  • Work with Agile teams to ensure Epics and User Stories align with release schedules.
  • Maintain resource allocation and budget tracking.
  • Coordinate project tasks and execution activities across internal teams.
  • Maintain communication with PQA, PPMO, and Quality Management.
  • Manage project constraints involving scope, schedule, budget, and quality.
  • Prepare and distribute Clarizen status reports.
  • Support change documentation and project governance requirements.
  • Track project and release deliverables.
  • Identify and manage tactical project risks and their broader impact.

The role will support a large technology portfolio organization consisting of 70+ Project Managers and Program Managers, with individual leaders typically managing teams of approximately eight Project Managers.
