The Project Manager II is responsible for administration of assigned projects, including specific phases of project management under limited to no supervision, working with schedules, cost projections, contracts, and project status reports.

  • Negotiate business and legal provisions of construction contracts.
  • Resolve issues with win-win solutions and collaboration.

Some things we expect you to have:
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Engineering/Management and at least 6 years of proven experience in the commercial construction industry: multi-family, industrial, or mission critical (data center) experience preferred.

  • Have an advanced knowledge of the design-build construction process including preconstruction, major system evaluations, estimating, scheduling, cost control, design and client management
  • Are a proven team player and have a strong background of leading project efforts, from programming through turnover with contract values from $10-100M
  • Bring strong local relationships with subcontractors, consultants, clients and municipalities
  • Have design-build project experience in two or more of the following product types: big box industrial and/or warehouse, senior living, healthcare, multifamily, office, or hospitality.

Compensation:
The base pay range is $124,000 - $160,000/Annually. The salary may vary within the anticipated range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position will be eligible for additional compensation that may include commission and/or an incentive program.
