HAVC Service Dispatcher - Customer Service | $18.00 - $22.00 per hour, depending on experience

Work Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm, with occasional overtime

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Answering incoming calls
  • Maintain service technicians daily schedule
  • Dispatching technicians and maintain on-call schedule
  • Call and schedule routine maintenance and update contracts
  • Scheduling routine maintenance appointments
  • Provide accounting with maintenance contract billing information
  • Maintain customer database with current information
  • Registering warranty and rebate information
  • Ordering parts / materials
  • Clear and concise communications with department managers, employees, and company customers
  • Accounts Payable and Receivable support
  • We use ServiceTitan, a cloud-based CRM system

What We Are Looking For:

  • 2 years related experience in customer service, office assistant, project coordinating, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing or construction industry recommended but not required
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Advanced computer skills
  • CRM / ERP database experience, we use ServiceTitan a cloud-based system
  • Microsoft Office products experience
  • Accounts Payable and/or Receivable experience desired
  • Geographical knowledge of service area is a plus
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • High school Diploma or equivalent
