The global Process Improvement Operations team s goal is to ensure that our delivery focused teams have the tools and resources to deliver exceptional experiences at scale and in an ever changing environment. This requires close partnership with serval key stakeholders, both direct partners and across the wider Conferences Business. About the Role: Lead and manage several large scale projects, across multiple teams. Share regular updates to Conferences leadership at an executive summary level. What you will do: Partner with key leaders across several teams within Conferences on continuous process improvement and priority projects Drive key strategic projects through design phase to implementation Support redesign of agenda templates and management Own transition of Global Conferences file sharing and storage from Google Drive to SharePoint Project Manage change requirements as result of above transition Help support lead on technology requirements as a result of ongoing or new projects Drive non direct reports through projects, helping drive progress to ensure timely completion of deliverables Support various teams/roles onsite at Conferences (potentially) What you will need: Bachelor s degree with focus on events and or project management preferred 7-10 years of business experience Management experience leading a team Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines in dynamic environments Proven budget management abilities, project management experience, and ability to process and analyze data Effective at building relationships with internal and external partners globally Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills Must be self-motivated, proactive, articulate and possess excellent verbal and written communications skills
