About the Role

The ISC Event Manager willhelpdefine, build, and grow the Cybersecurity and Digital Identity segments within ISC.

This person willidentifyandbuildrelationships withkeycompanies, partners, associations, influencers, communities, and industry stakeholders.They willengageprospective exhibitors and sponsors,educate them on theeventopportunity, and partnerwith sales to move qualified opportunities through thefunnel.

Responsibilities

• Help evolve and execute the growth strategy forCybersecurity and Digital Identity, withclearpositioning, valuepropositions, andpaths to revenue growth.

• Research the cybersecurity and digital identity markets toidentifypriority companies, emerging categories,associations,partners, influencers, communities, andstakeholders.

• Buildrelationships withkeycompanies, associations, industry groups,sponsors, thought leaders, and partners inbothecosystems.

• Identifypriority exhibitor and sponsor prospects,establishrelationships,communicatethe event opportunity, andsupportsales funnelprogression.

• Partnerwith sales leadership andteam membersdrive participation

• Trackindustry trends, market drivers, emerging technologies, buyer needs, competitive events, andparticipationbarriers.

• Serve as an internal resource, translatingmarket needs into actionable guidance for sales, marketing, content, operations, and leadership.

• Partner withmarketingto definetargetaudiences,audience sourcing, messaging, value propositions, and promotional channels.

• Collaborate with content and programming teamsonrelevanttopics, speakers, partners,events, demonstrations, activations, and experiences.

• Supportsponsorship concepts, partnership opportunities, andrevenue-generating ideasforCybersecurity and Digital Identity.

• Monitor performance against strategic and financial goals, providing regular updates,insights, andrecommendationstoleadershipandstakeholders.

• RepresentISCat relevant industry events,conferences, networking opportunities,and other market-building activities.

Requirements

• Havebusiness development, market development,partnership development, or related commercial experience.

• Demonstrate provenability toidentifygrowth opportunities, build relationships, develop prospects, andadvancerevenue-generatingopportunities.

• Having prior experience in cybersecurity, digital identity, technology, security, or related markets ishelpful.

• Ability to quicklylearncomplex markets, synthesizeinformation,identifykey players, and become a credible internal resource.

• Demonstrate excellentresearch skills. Be ableto understand market trends, customer needs, competitive dynamics, and emerging opportunities.

• Have experienceworkingcross functionallyto drive plans forward.

• Demonstrateabilityto contribute to business plans, marketing plans,budgets, revenue strategies, and segment growth plans.

• Have highly developedinfluencing skills, using data-driven insights to advance innovative strategies and secure stakeholder buy-in

• Have provenrelationship-building skills and comfort engagingsenior-level external contacts,prospects, partners, andstakeholders.

• Be ableto travel toISC events,and other business development opportunities as needed.
