Job description

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a hybrid Manager, Change Management, to join their team in New Braunfels, TX.
Responsibilities:
* Leads change management projects, including changes to business processes, technologies, and organizational structures
* Identifies project risks, defines and communicates project impacts, designs and coordinates training, and measures change receptiveness and adoption
* Manages a team of professionals that support change management activities, including ensuring projects and change initiatives meet time, budget, and business success objectives
* Conducts change impact assessments to identify project scope changes, end user impacts, and desired outcomes
* Manages and develops detailed plans for communications, training, user preparations, application readiness, and ongoing project support
* Builds measurement systems to track the adoption, usage, and proficiency of change management initiatives
* Coordinates training deployment for new and existing business stakeholders
* Supports end users through change network meetings and post-implementation communications
* Trains, coaches, and consults leaders and project teams on change management principles
* Serves as a change management resource to executives, senior leaders, and managers on special projects and initiatives
REQUIREMENTS:
* 10+ years of change management experience
* Project management experience
* Ability to design, implement, and evaluate training and communication plans
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
