Job Description
The Change Management Manager is responsible for leading and executing change management efforts as part of theTransformationOffice. This role drives the development and implementation of structured change and communication strategies to prepare, inform, and support employees through organizational change.
In this role, the Change Management Manager partners closely with program and business leaders to ensure successful adoption of transformation initiatives by delivering targeted communications, stakeholder engagement, and employee readiness plans. The position plays a critical role in minimizing disruption, promoting alignment, and enabling sustainable change outcomes across the organization.
Facilitatechange management activities, including from/to framing, stakeholder analysis, pulse checks, impact assessments, and readiness assessments.

Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Organizational Change, Communications, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field; graduate-level coursework or advanced degree preferred.
Experience developing stakeholder strategies, including stakeholder mapping, analysis, and targeted communication plans.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience developing clear, compelling messaging; familiarity with AP writing style and internal communications platforms (e.g., Smart Brevity, Axios HQ) preferred.
High level of emotional intelligence, adaptability, and resilience, with a proactive, hands-on approach to execution.
