Overview
The Associate Channel Marketing Manager collaborates with internal teams and referral partners to execute marketing initiatives, aiming to boost product visibility and drive sales through effective channel engagement and strategic program management.
Responsibilities
  • Assists in the implementation of marketing programs and promotions, in coordination with referral partners when appropriate, to maximize product visibility within referral partner distribution channels.
  • Reviews marketing tools, such as sales support materials, and makes recommendations as necessary to ensure product features and value proposition are current, represented effectively, and are in compliance with regulations and internal procedures.
  • Acts as a primary or secondary corporate contact and program manager for assigned programs and/or partners to provide a single point of contact and company-wide perspective.
  • Coordinates execution of programs with the Sales organization to ensure effective utilization of opportunities.
  • Coordinates with various Paychex functional areas as required to ensure appropriate operational support of assigned programs.
  • Attends project meetings and acts as lead when Channel Marketing Manager is not available to ensure department needs are met and actions of the team align with departmental goals.
  • Analyzes performance of the assigned programs and/or partnerships on an ongoing basis and recommends steps to maximize performance.
  • Oversees the maintenance of ongoing programs to ensure the Paychex message is properly represented.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in
  • Master's Degree - Preferred
  • 4 years of experience in Marketing and/or relationship management capacity.

Compensation
In the spirit of pay transparency, we are excited to share that the starting base pay range for this position is $61,810 - $97,130. Please keep in mind that this range is the base pay only and does not consider other components that make up the total rewards package for the position. If you are hired at Paychex, your overall compensation will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience which may result in total compensation outside of this range.
