Position: Account Management Intern
Department: Creative Services
Reporting to: Associate Director amp; Training Manager
Location: Topeka, KS - Onsite
Overview:
Are you looking for an opportunity to build your marketing and account management skills? This role will need your enthusiasm and detail orientation as you process account tickets, orders, reports, mailing, and assist with culture events for the department. If you are passionate about providing the ultimate client experience, this ongoing, in-house internship could be perfect for you!
What you’ll do:
  • Assist with managing inboxes and communications
  • Processing overdue tickets in the account coordinator queue
  • Submit print orders
  • Submit print and web requests
  • Organize/distribute print samples to account managers
  • Send proofs to advisors
  • Assist with coordinating team outings and culture events
  • Assist account managers with weekly project cleanup
  • Assist account managers with scheduling calls and calendar invites
  • Mail out client facing materials
Experience you’ll bring:
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Detail oriented, focused on quality in all aspects of your work
  • Ability to manage projects/tasks while navigating a variety of competing priorities
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact with all personality types and with all levels of staff
