Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and dedicated Project Manager Intern to join our team. This position is an excellent opportunity for students looking to gain hands-on experience in construction project management. In this role, you will work alongside experienced project managers, learn valuable skills, and contribute to the successful delivery of our projects from conception to completion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support Project Planning: Assist project managers with scheduling, budgeting, and quality control tasks across active construction projects.
  • Track Progress: Help develop and maintain project budgets, schedules, and progress reports.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Work with clients, design teams, subcontractors, and vendors to support project success.
  • Ensure Compliance: Assist in monitoring project plans, specifications, and regulatory requirements.
  • Assist with Risk Management: Help identify and track project risks, and support the implementation of mitigation strategies.
  • Support Field and Office Coordination: Collaborate with project teams and crew members to keep tasks moving effectively and efficiently.
  • Follow Safety Protocols: Adhere to all safety regulations and guidelines to help maintain a safe work environment.
  • Learn and Develop Skills: Take advantage of mentorship and hands-on learning opportunities to build project management knowledge and skills.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a technical school, college, or university program in engineering, construction management, or a related field.
  • Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.
