Job description

Project Management Oversight Analyst
We are currently seeking candidates for a PMO Analyst (Project Management Oversight Analyst) at a global asset management company in Downtown Boston, MA, 02114. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3+ years of Project Management Oversight experience within a large IT organization in the financial services/asset management industry(s).
This is a temporary role (est. 6 months) and will pay between $40.00-$45.00 per hour (W-2, based on relative work experience) within a 40-hour work week.
On-site 4 days per week.
Starts September 9th, 2026.
Responsibilities
  • Maintain core data on the projects in the program
  • Collaborate with project teams on defining and maintaining deliverables and status reporting
  • Manage financials, ensuring projects stay within budget
  • Hiring approvals, forecasting, and then allocation to projects
  • Facilitate fixed-price contracts and set up in the vendor management system
  • Fixed Price and Time & Material renewals
  • Maintain Team rosters
  • Track License & software agreements - Initial procurement through renewals
  • Participate in budget process
  • Ad-hoc Resource and financial analysis
Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in Program Management Oversight, preferably within a large IT organization in the financial services/asset management industry(s).
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience working with data and financial analysis.
  • Experience with Clarity (Program Management), Beeline (Vendor Management), and Oracle Purchasing is highly preferred
  • Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate across different areas of an organization.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
