Experience Coordinator / Project Liaison
We're looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Experience Coordinator / Project Liaison to support our project managers and marketing team. This client-facing role ensures smooth communication, timely follow-ups, and high-quality service from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Be the first point of contact for customer inquiries (phone, email, in-person)
  • Assist project managers by tracking follow-ups and reminding them to return calls
  • Package and mail stone samples alongside PMs
  • Coordinate with marketing to plan on-site events
  • Use Canva and OptiSigns to update in-office TV messaging
  • Maintain and update CRM records, including logging all customer calls and walk-ins as opportunities
  • Organize shared sales materials and communication logs

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma required; college degree a plus
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Comfortable using Canva, Google Workspace, CRM tools
  • Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Positive, team-oriented, and proactive mindset
