We are currently seeking an experienced Sr. Project Manager to oversee all aspects of construction projects from procurement to closeout. This is an opportunity for a detail-oriented, results-driven professional to ensure projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards while building strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and project stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead multiple construction projects from pre-construction through closeout, ensuring schedule adherence and budget control
  • Coordinate with Pre-Construction during handoffs, evaluate scopes, and manage the buyout process
  • Develop and maintain detailed CPM schedules, identifying and mitigating potential roadblocks
  • Monitor financial performance, identify cost-saving opportunities, and manage change orders

  • Maintain quality control in coordination with Field Operations/Superintendents

  • Champion safety culture and ensure compliance across all project sites

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Building Science, or related field with 10+ years of Project Management experience
  • Demonstrated success managing commercial construction projects
