Position Description:
CGI is seeking a motivated Project Manager with a passion for solving business challenges to join our team in South Florida.
In this role, you'll support the delivery of technology and business projects from planning through execution and closure. Working closely with IT and business stakeholders, you'll help define project objectives, create and manage project plans, track progress against timelines and budgets, coordinate resources, identify risks and issues, and support Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid project delivery processes.
As a full-time consultant at CGI, you'll support local enterprise clients, collaborate with dedicated colleagues, and contribute to meaningful outcomes for both internal and client partners. This position is located at the client site in the Fort Lauderdale, FL area in a hybrid environment.
Your future duties and responsibilities:
. Support the planning, coordination, execution, and delivery of assigned projects.
. Work with project sponsors, business stakeholders, technical teams, and vendors to define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and success measures.
. Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, status reports, risk and issue logs, and project documentation.
. Track project progress against scope, schedule, budget, and quality expectations.
. Coordinate internal resources, subject matter experts, vendors, and cross-functional teams to support project delivery.
. Identify, document, and escalate project risks, issues, and dependencies as appropriate.
. Support project financial management activities, including budget tracking, forecasting, and reporting.
. Facilitate project meetings, document decisions and action items, and follow up with team members to ensure progress.
. Support Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid project delivery approaches, including maintaining project dashboards, metrics, and reports.
. Partner with project teams to help improve project management processes, tools, templates, and reporting standards.
. Assist with vendor coordination and vendor package implementation activities.
. Support technology roadmap projects and contribute to project planning discussions.
. Help ensure communicated project goals, timelines, costs, and benefits are tracked and reported.
. Provide guidance and support to project team members, while continuing to develop leadership and delivery management skills.
. Assist with Requests for Information/Proposals, vendor documentation, and related procurement activities as needed.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
. 5-7 years of project management experience, preferably supporting IT, technology, or business transformation projects.
. Experience supporting or managing projects using Agile, Waterfall, and/or hybrid delivery methodologies.
. Working knowledge of Scrum practices; Scrum Master experience is preferred.
. Experience coordinating with vendors and supporting vendor package implementations.
. Ability to manage project plans, timelines, risks, issues, dependencies, and stakeholder communications.
. Experience tracking project budgets, forecasts, costs, or financial metrics.
. Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools such as MS Project, JIRA, Confluence, Microsoft Office, and/or similar tools.
. Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
. Ability to communicate clearly with both business and technical stakeholders.
. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively in a team environment.
. PMP, CAPM, Certified Scrum Master, PMI-ACP, or other Agile/project management certifications are a plus.

The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set, level, experience, relevant training, and licensure and certifications. To support the ability to reward for merit-based performance, CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $89,600.00 - $176,300.00.
