Mindlance is a national recruiting company partnering with leading employers across the country. They are seeking a Senior Project Manager to coordinate multiple projects, develop cost benefit analyses, communicate with executives, and manage project governance and financial concerns.
Responsibilities:

• developing cost benefit analyses for the program
• communicating to an executive committee
• creating and reporting program status utilizing a dashboard
• allocating resources across the multiple projects
• defining project governance policies
• managing the financial concerns of the program
• utilize and effectively communicate technical components of an initiative to applicable parties
• coordinating the delivery of a major storage upgrade
• communicating to an executive committee

Qualifications:
Required:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
• Must be self-motivated, well organized and have advanced innovation and facilitation skills.
• Superior oral and written communication skills.
• Excellent business presentation skills and experience presenting to senior management.
• Excellent analytical skills.
• Ability to interface effectively with all levels and across organizational lines, including the business units.
• Advanced ability to effectively utilize external vendors and resources throughout the organization.
• Demonstrated success at building team relationships and partnerships across organizational lines.
• 7+ Years of experience.
Preferred:
• Prior experience with storage and server projects.
