The Opportunity
As part of the AI Governance team within the Digital Assurance & Technology team, you will enhance project delivery through innovative methodologies and technology resources. As a Manager, you will lead teams in assessing governance, risk, and control programs while mentoring junior staff to develop their skills. This position provides an exciting opportunity to work at the forefront of AI governance, maintaining compliance and transparency in emerging technologies.
As a Manager, you will lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are accountable for project success and maintaining standards. Enhancing your leadership style, you motivate, develop, and inspire others to deliver quality. You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team members' unique strengths, and managing performance to deliver on client expectations. With your growing knowledge of how business works, you play an important role in identifying opportunities that contribute to the success of our Firm. You are expected to lead with integrity and authenticity, articulating our purpose and values in a meaningful way. You embrace technology and innovation to enhance your delivery and encourage others to do the same.
In this role, you will analyze and identify the linkages and interactions between the component parts of an entire system, take ownership of projects, and develop skills outside your comfort zone, encouraging others to do the same.
Responsibilities
- Leading the development and implementation of governance frameworks to manage risk and compliance for clients
- Analyzing complex regulatory landscapes to provide strategic advice and solutions
- Managing client engagements, confirming successful planning, budgeting, and execution of projects
- Coaching and mentoring team members to enhance their skills and performance
- Collaborating with leadership to maintain quality and meet client expectations
- Utilizing risk governance knowledge to enhance internal controls and mitigate risks
- Encouraging innovation and technology adoption to improve service delivery
- Addressing conflicts and facilitating difficult conversations with stakeholders
- Upholding professional and technical standards, including adherence to the firm's code of conduct

What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 4 years of experience
What Sets You Apart
- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Business Administration/Management, Computer Science/Information Systems, Cybersecurity, Economics, Engineering, Finance, Mathematics/Statistics, Project/Technology Management

- Applying experience in AI/ML governance, risk, controls, audit, testing, and validation, including awareness of AI lifecycles and leading risk frameworks such as NIST and ISO

- Supporting the design and assessment of AI governance models, policies, standards, and control programs, while translating technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.

The salary range for this position is: $99,000 - $252,450. For residents of Washington state the salary range for this position is: $99,000 - $297,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
