We are seeking a Senior Manager, Functional Processes to lead high-priority business initiatives that support DHL eCommerce Americas' 2030 Ambition. This role is ideal for a project management and continuous improvement leader who combines strong PMO capabilities with a passion for execution.

The successful candidate will lead complex cross-functional initiatives from planning through implementation, driving process improvements, operational excellence, and business transformation across the organization. This is a highly visible role for a professional who can influence stakeholders, solve complex business challenges, and deliver measurable results in a fast-paced environment.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and execute strategic, cross-functional projects that support business priorities and operational objectives.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities, developing solutions, and implementing sustainable process enhancements.
  • Partner with stakeholders across the organization to deliver transformation programs, including process improvement, digital adoption, and organizational change efforts.
  • Establish project governance and ensure consistent execution of functional strategies, standards, and best practices.
  • Analyze business performance and provide data-driven recommendations to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and decision-making.
  • Provide leadership and execution support during periods of transition, peak demand, or capability gaps to ensure business continuity.
  • Champion a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, collaboration, and operational excellence.
 

Minimum Qualifications

To be considered for this role, candidates must have:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Four (4) or more years of consulting experience OR eight (8) or more years of project management experience.
  • Demonstrated experience leading complex, cross-functional projects from planning through implementation.
  • Experience driving process improvement, operational excellence, continuous improvement, or business transformation initiatives.
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, analytical, and project leadership skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools.
 

Preferred Qualifications

  • First Choice, Six Sigma, Lean, or similar continuous improvement certification.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
  • Experience supporting organizational change management and digital adoption initiatives.
