Summary

Our client is seeking a highly organized and technically proficient Project Manager with advanced expertise in Microsoft Project to lead complex initiatives, drive project execution, and maintain detailed project plans across multiple workstreams. This individual will play a critical role in managing timelines, dependencies, resource allocation, and overall project health while partnering closely with cross-functional teams and leadership stakeholders. The ideal candidate is extremely detail-oriented, process-driven, and capable of leveraging Microsoft Project at an expert level to automate scheduling, manage dependencies, and proactively mitigate project risks.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, maintain, and manage comprehensive project plans using Microsoft Project for large-scale and complex initiatives
  • Build detailed schedules including milestones, task sequencing, dependencies, critical path analysis, and resource allocation
  • Utilize advanced Microsoft Project functionality including task automation, dependency management, forecasting, and schedule optimization
  • Drive project execution from initiation through delivery while ensuring alignment to timelines, scope, and business objectives
  • Partner with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and leadership to coordinate deliverables and project activities
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks and blockers, and proactively implement mitigation strategies
