Executive Assistant

Pay: Starting at $26.00+/hour DOE
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM-5:00 PM

Additional hours, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends, may be required during special events.
This executive support opportunity is ideal for a seasoned administrative professional who exercises sound judgment, works independently, and enjoys supporting executive leadership across a wide variety of responsibilities.

Working closely with the CEO, you'll provide executive and administrative support, assist with accounting functions, serve as a primary point of contact for members and the public, and help keep daily operations running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide executive and administrative support to the CEO
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for members, visitors, and the public
  • Answer and manage a high volume of incoming phone calls using a multi-line phone system
  • Assist with Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, invoicing, and other accounting support functions
  • Prepare correspondence, reports, and other business documents
  • Support organizational events, including occasional early mornings, evenings, and weekends
  • Maintain organized records, files, and office documentation
  • Provide administrative and operational support across departments while assisting with special projects as organizational needs evolve
Minimum Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Minimum of two years of clerical or administrative experience
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel
  • Experience using multi-line phone systems and standard office equipment
  • Strong written, verbal, and professional communication skills
  • Excellent writing, editing, organizational, and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to exercise sound judgment while handling confidential information with professionalism and discretion
  • Ability to establish and maintain professional working relationships
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work independently while collaborating effectively with staff and leadership
