Position Summary

We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Project Engineer to oversee project execution and serve as the primary point of contact for customers following contract award. This role is responsible for managing project activities, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring successful delivery of engineering solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical experience, excellent organizational skills, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service while maintaining project profitability, quality, and schedule objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate with customers, stakeholders, and cross-functional engineering teams.
  • Ensure projects meet technical specifications, contractual requirements, and quality standards.
  • Manage project budgets, timelines, deliverables, and resources.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide information regarding project solutions and status.
  • Develop and maintain Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) to provide visibility for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Maintain full responsibility for project profitability and financial performance.
  • Conduct regular customer status meetings to communicate project schedules, costs, risks, and progress.
  • Monitor project execution and proactively address issues to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Support contract management activities and ensure compliance with project requirements.
Qualifications & SkillsRequired
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related technical field.
  • Experience with contract management and SAP.
