Job description

PCI Government Services is seeking a Sr Program Manager. This position is hybrid and reports to the VP of Operations.
Responsibilities:
  • Primary point of contact for all contract activities
  • Responsible for overall contract performance, quality, timeline adherence, and government communications.
  • Manage a large-scale, multi-year federal technical assistance or health program contracts of comparable scope and complexity.

Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in public health, health administration, health policy, or a closely related field. Relevant certifications or a combination of education and experience may be considered in lieu of an advanced degree.
  • Minimum ten (10) years of progressively responsible experience in federal health program management, technical assistance, or related fields.
  • Minimum five (5) years of experience managing contracts or programs serving safety net populations, federally qualified health centers, or underserved communities.
  • Demonstrated experience managing multidisciplinary teams and subcontractor or teaming partner relationships on contracts of comparable complexity and dollar value.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills, including experience presenting to senior federal agency leadership.
