JOB SUMMARY:
 
The Policy Management System Project Manager reports to the Director of Accreditation & Regulatory Readiness and is responsible
for both the day-to-day management of the policy management system and for facilitating multiple performance improvement projects related to policies, procedures, and compliance. Through on-going collaboration with organizational leaders, administrators, and policy owners, the Policy Management System Project Manager will support compliance with regulatory requirements by guiding the document control process, conducting systematic reviews to ensure policies meet LBH guidelines, and identifying where compliance and/or operational opportunities for improvement exist in regard to policies.

The Policy Management System Project Manager will also work alongside of the LifeBridge Accreditation & Regulatory Readiness
Team Members and will support with on-site Regulatory Surveys and regulatory readiness activities as requested by the
Accreditation Team. This includes but is not limited to sending surveyor-on-site alerts, supporting in the Survey Command Center,
completing proactive compliance audits/ tracers, and assisting with regulatory required documentation compliance evaluations.
 
REQUIREMENTS:
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience with Project Management; 5+ years of experience preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in Public Health or a clinical field preferred; Master's degree highly preferred.
  • PMP Certification preferred.
  • Six Sigma Certification preferred.
