Associate Project Manager

Hospitals and Health Care

Monday-Friday - 30-40 hours a week

Columbus, Ohio

6 Month Contract

What you’ll be doing:

  • Maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, and task assignments within Wrike.
  • Update timelines and dependencies when project scope, priorities, or direction changes.
  • Ensure project data, statuses, due dates, and deliverables are accurate and up to date.
  • Track project progress and proactively follow up with team members on outstanding tasks.
  • Document meeting notes, action items, decisions, and next steps.
  • Identify schedule risks, bottlenecks, or workflow issues and elevate them to the Sr Project Manager.
  • Coordinate project intake, setup, and ongoing workflow administration.
  • Own status reporting, staying on top of project updates and reflecting them in status sheets.
  • Monitor project health and help ensure teams meet deadlines and key milestones.
  • Partner closely with Sr Project Managers to operationalize project decisions and keep projects moving efficiently.


Who we’re looking for:

  • 2-3 years of project coordination, project management, account operations, or related experience.
  • Experience supporting creative, marketing, advertising, digital, or agency-based projects preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Experience using project management software (Wrike preferred; Asana, Monday.com, Smartsheet, Jira, or similar also considered).
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly proactive with strong follow-through and accountability.
  • Comfortable updating timelines, managing project data, and keeping teams organized.
  • Ability to identify risks or delays early and escalate appropriately.
  • Collaborative & solutions-oriented mindset.
