POSITION SUMMARY
As the Project Development Intern, you'll get hands-on exposure to real development and construction projects by helping track schedules, key dates, and project updates. You'll assist with site visits, take progress photos, communicate with trades, and attend construction meetings to capture and share meeting notes. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys organization, follow-through, and learning how projects move from planning to completion.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Tracking and publishing project updates.
  • Tracking all acquisition projects and providing information to team and seller/buyer of key dates, inspection access, etc.
  • Updating project schedules.
  • Assisting with goal tracking and ensure key dates and objectives are achieved.
  • Visiting construction sites and taking pictures of progress for team and tenant updates.
  • Assisting with tracking and communication with trades on schedule progress.
  • Attending construction meetings and taking meeting minutes and promptly publishing to all in attendance.

WORK ENVIRONMENT
  • Gillespie Group is an in-person workplace.

  • All team members are expected to work onsite Monday through Friday during standard business hours, unless otherwise specified by their role or designated shift.
  • Physical Requirements: Prolonged periods of sitting and computer use; occasional movement between buildings; ability to lift up to 15 lbs. Occasionally.
