The ideal candidate is an experienced residential architecture project manager, luxury sales professional, or remodeling expert who can assess home improvement opportunities, create solutions, and oversee budgets, schedules, and deliverables.
About the Role:
As the Project Developer, you will serve as the key liaison between clients, design, and production teams, guiding homeowners through the high-end design-build process. This role blends strategic planning, project management, and consultative sales expertise, ensuring projects transition seamlessly from concept to construction.
What You'll Do:
  • Conduct in-home consultations with pre-qualified leads to assess needs & renovation goals.
  • Guide clients through budget expectations, feasibility, and project planning.
  • Present and sell high-value, luxury home renovation projects.
  • Oversee project scope, schedules, and budgets during pre-construction.
  • Collaborate with design, production, and estimating teams for seamless execution.
  • Ensure all documentation and approvals are completed before construction.

What We're Looking For:
  • 5-7+ years in high-end remodeling, residential design/architecture, or luxury sales.
  • Strong knowledge of pre-construction planning.
  • Expertise in design-build project management & construction feasibility.
  • Strong leadership in managing budgets, schedules, and project teams.
  • Ability to read and approve construction estimates.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, Google Suite, and project management software.
  • Knowledge of the Sandler Sales Methodology (a plus)
  • Degree or strong background in Architecture, Construction Management, or Business (MA/MBA or PMP a plus)
